Maple Pecan Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, maple syrup, and melted butter.
  3. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  4. Fold in chopped pecans.
  5. Heat a skillet over medium heat and pour batter onto the skillet.
  6. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  7. Serve hot with additional maple syrup drizzled on top.
