How many gallons of sap are required to produce 1 gallon of syrup?
This greatly depends on the sugar content of the sap which varies throughout the season, and from tree to tree. On average the ratio is usually 55 : 1 in our young sugarbush.

How should I store my maple syrup?
Our maple syrup is best stored in a cool, dark place such as a pantry or cupboard. Once opened, it should be refrigerated to maintain freshness, or frozen for long term storage. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

When is maple syrup made?
In our area we usually start tapping our trees in mid February and end up pulling taps by the 1st or 2nd week of April

Is your syrup made with any additives or preservatives?
No, our syrup is 100% pure and natural, with no additives or preservatives. We believe in letting the natural sweetness of the maple tree shine through in every bottle.

Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we primarily serve customers within the United States. However, if you're located outside the U.S. and are interested in placing an order, please contact us directly to discuss shipping options.

Are your maple products suitable for vegans?
Yes, all of our maple products are vegan-friendly. We do not use any animal products or by-products in our syrup or other maple treats.
